Bees are migrating, colonies are collapsing, and our food systems are at risk. As climate change disrupts traditional farming in Kitui South, we are facing over 50% bee colony losses.
But…there is hope.
Away from human activities, our Bee Multiplication Centers has successfully transferred 85 healthy bee colonies to local farmers. By rebuilding our bee populations, we aren’t just saving the bees—we are protecting our crops, safeguarding our food supply, and securing a sustainable future for our community.
